Every length program covers the same topics, but the longer the class, the more in-depth and breadth it gets on each subject. How The Class Works
Once you choose and register for the length of class you need, you will have immediate access to the material. You can log in and out whenever you would like 24/7. The program will hold your last spot so you can pick up where you left off at your next sitting. You will read through the lessons and complete a short T/F quiz at the end of each topic. At the end you will take a final exam that can be retaken at no additional charge. Once you pass with a 70% or better, you are done and can print out your certificate!

Kansas Divorce Laws
According to the most recent analysis by the Census Bureau Kansans have a higher rate of marriage and divorce than the national average. To file for a divorce in Kansas, either spouse must be a resident of the state for 60 days prior to the filing of the petition. Grounds for divorce include incompatibility, a failure to perform a material marital duty or obligation or an established mental illness or incapacity of one or both spouses. If parents are seeking a divorce with children under the age of 18, Kansas Statutes Annotated § 60-1626(4)(b) states that the court can order parenting classes.
